What devices are compatible with your eSIM?
Our eSIM works with iPhone XS or newer (including iPhone XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 series) and most Android devices with eSIM support like Google Pixel 3 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+ or newer. Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use our eSIM.
When should I activate my eSIM?
You can purchase your eSIM anytime before travel, but we recommend activating it when you arrive in Japan. The data validity period starts from the moment you activate the eSIM, not from when you purchase it.
How do I install the eSIM on my device?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a QR code. Simply scan this code in your device's Settings → Cellular/Mobile Network → Add Data Plan. Detailed step-by-step instructions are available in our Setup Guide.
What network coverage can I expect in Japan?
Our eSIM uses premium network infrastructure providing excellent coverage throughout Japan, including major cities, rural areas, and popular tourist destinations. You'll get 4G/LTE speeds with nationwide coverage.

What happens if I use all my data before the plan expires?
Once you've used your data allowance, your connection will be throttled to lower speeds. You can purchase additional data or a new plan if needed.
Can I get a refund if I don't use the eSIM?
Yes, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't activated the eSIM yet. Once activated, the plan cannot be refunded.
Do I need to remove my home SIM card?
No, you don't need to remove your physical SIM. The eSIM works alongside your existing SIM card. You can choose which line to use for data in your phone's settings.
