Important: By using our Japan eSIM service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Service Description

Tokyo 307 Inc. provides eSIM (embedded SIM) services for travelers visiting Japan. Our service allows you to access mobile data networks without requiring a physical SIM card. The service includes data connectivity only - voice calls and SMS are not supported.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

  • You must have an eSIM-compatible device (iPhone XS or newer, compatible Android devices)
  • Your device must be carrier-unlocked
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • You agree to use the service only for legal purposes while in Japan

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include all applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: Refund eligibility is assessed case by case and may depend on activation status and provider terms. Please contact support if you experience issues.

4. Service Limitations

  • Data service is available only within Japan
  • Voice calls and SMS messaging are not supported
  • Network coverage may vary by location
  • Data speeds may be throttled after exceeding plan allowances
  • eSIM profiles are for one-time use only and cannot be reactivated

5. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our service for:

  • Illegal activities or violations of Japanese law
  • Excessive bandwidth usage that impacts network performance
  • Attempting to circumvent network restrictions or security measures
  • Reselling or redistributing the eSIM service

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for network outages, device compatibility issues, or service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
