Important: By using our Japan eSIM service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the eSIM sales platform ("Platform") and eSIM services ("Service") provided by Tokyo 307 Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
"Platform": The eSIM sales management system operated by Tokyo 307 Inc.
"Sales Partner": Hotels, accommodation providers, or other businesses that offer our eSIM products through their own branded pages on the Platform
"User" or "You": Any individual who purchases or uses eSIM products through the Platform
"eSIM Product": The embedded SIM service including data plans offered through the Platform
Tokyo 307 Inc. provides eSIM services for travelers visiting Japan. Our service allows you to access mobile data networks without requiring a physical SIM card.

Data speeds may be reduced after exceeding plan allowances
eSIM profiles are for one-time use only and cannot be reactivated once expired or deactivated
You may purchase eSIM products directly from us or through our authorized Sales Partners (such as hotels or accommodation providers). Regardless of where you make your purchase, Tokyo 307 Inc. remains the service provider, and these Terms apply to all purchases.
An eSIM-compatible device (iPhone XS or newer, or compatible Android devices)
Your device must be carrier-unlocked
Sufficient device storage for eSIM profile installation
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
You must provide a valid email address for eSIM delivery
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes
We do not store your credit card information; all payment data is handled by Stripe
Prices may vary depending on the eSIM plan selected and the Sales Partner through which you make your purchase. The final price will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Before Activation: If the eSIM has not been installed or activated, you may be eligible for a full refund
After Activation: Activated eSIMs are generally non-refundable, as the service has already been provisioned
Technical Issues: If the eSIM fails to work due to technical issues on our end, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis
To request a refund, please contact our support team at esim@tokyo307inc.com with your order details. Refund requests are subject to review and may depend on activation status and telecommunications provider terms.

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The primary personal information we collect is your email address, which is necessary for eSIM delivery.
All user data collected through the Platform, including purchase records and email addresses, is owned by Tokyo 307 Inc. Sales Partners act as sales agents and do not own user data.
Your email address may be shared with the Sales Partner through which you made your purchase
You may receive promotional communications from us and/or the Sales Partner
You can unsubscribe at any time
If you do not opt-in, your personal information will not be shared with Sales Partners for marketing purposes.
You have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), additional rights under GDPR apply. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Illegal activities or violations of Japanese law
Excessive bandwidth usage that negatively impacts network performance
Attempting to circumvent network restrictions or security measures
Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the eSIM service
Any activity that violates the terms of the underlying telecommunications provider
Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
eSIM products are sourced from third-party telecommunications providers. Tokyo 307 Inc. acts as a distributor and is not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or quality issues inherent to the eSIM products themselves. Any claims regarding product quality should be directed through our support, and we will coordinate with the telecommunications provider as appropriate.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the eSIM product
We are not responsible for damages arising from force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.)
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Tokyo 307 Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance
Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt to resolve any disputes informally
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
